"I understand that the Anat Baniel Method® is an educational system that helps one to become aware of his/her/their existing patterns of movement and guides the student in the discovery of additional possibilities for movement. I understand that this may help me learn to move in easier ways. I am aware, however, that because learning is an individual matter, the outcome of lessons cannot be predicted or guaranteed. I understand that I will receive Transformational Movement® lessons from Ana Maria Pardo, who is in the Anat Baniel Method® NeuroMovement® Professional Training Program, but who is not yet certified to give Transformational Movement® lessons until she graduates from the training program.
I understand that Transformational Movement® lessons include verbal directions. I understand that participation will involve moderate physical activity and movement. I certify that I am able to engage in such activity. I have chosen to assume the risk connected with participating and agree not to hold Ana Maria Pardo, Move and Bloom LLC or its employees liable for any personal injury whatsoever which may result from my participation. Neither the Anat Baniel Method® nor Transformational Movement® is intended for the purpose of diagnosing any medical condition or as a substitute for medical treatment.
I understand that if I am currently experiencing discomfort of any kind, or if I experience discomfort or an increase in discomfort of any kind during the course of the lesson, it is my responsibility to inform the practitioner immediately. If you have any questions or concerns about your ability to participate in the Anat Baniel Method® you should consult your physician or health care practitioner prior to your participation. We cannot and do not offer any warranty for the effectiveness of the Anat Baniel Method®. By using this website and participating in lessons with Ana Maria Pardo, you agree that you have read the above information and that you agree not to hold Ana Maria Pardo, Move and Bloom LLC or an individual staff person responsible for any consequences resulting from, or relating to, your participation in the lessons."
