I understand that I will receive lessons from Ana Maria Pardo, who graduated from the Anat Baniel Method® NeuroMovement® Professional Training Program,and the NeuroHorizons® Experiential Movement Seminar.
I understand that lessons include verbal directions. I understand that participation will involve moderate physical activity and movement. I certify that I am able to engage in such activity. I have chosen to assume the risk connected with participating and agree not to hold Ana Maria Pardo, Move and Bloom LLC or its employees liable for any personal injury whatsoever which may result from my participation. These lessons are not intended for the purpose of diagnosing any medical condition or as a substitute for medical treatment.
I understand that if I am currently experiencing discomfort of any kind, or if I experience discomfort or an increase in discomfort of any kind during the course of the lesson, it is my responsibility to inform the teacher immediately. If you have any questions or concerns about your ability to participate in somatic movement lessons you should consult your physician or health care practitioner prior to your participation. We cannot and do not offer any warranty for the effectiveness of the the lessons. By using this website and participating in lessons with Ana Maria Pardo, you agree that you have read the above information and that you agree not to hold Ana Maria Pardo, Move and Bloom LLC or an individual staff person responsible for any consequences resulting from, or relating to, your participation in the lessons."
