Sometimes we miss the obvious when we're trying to solve a problem. How can we learn to be more creative?
Most of us tend to follow rules rather rigidly - even if they’re just our own. In order to solve problems, though, we have to be at our most flexible.
In an emergency situation, it’s almost impossible to be creative. We’re going to do whatever comes most naturally.
So, let’s make flexible thinking a natural reflex. By taking Somatic Movement lessons we indirectly learn how to look for alternatives to make a movement easier and more efficient.
The immediate result - we’re more comfortable. The long-term benefit - we become better, more creative thinkers.
And THAT might just save our lives. 🧡
